You can ask us to delete your Bobhaul account and the personal information associated with it at any time. Email privacy@bobhaul.com from the address on your account with the subject “Account deletion request.” We confirm receipt within two business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, except for records we are required to retain by law or by a contract with the facility or carrier involved in a completed logistics interaction. See section 8 of our Privacy Policy for the full list of data rights.
About Bobhaul
Bobhaul is a mobile application built to improve the quality of life of truck drivers: making their work more efficient so that both their professional and their personal life are better. The app is free for drivers. Bobhaul’s customers are the facilities that receive drivers—factories, warehouses, distribution centers and any business that interacts with them—together with trucking lines, carriers, shippers, brokers, 3PLs and other logistics providers. The Services are currently offered in the United States.
